Help at home
A helping hand around home
About this care
Help at home offers practical support with the everyday jobs that can become harder to manage. From preparing lunch to changing the bedsheets, we’ll take care of the tasks you’d like help with, in the way you prefer.
Your home has its own routines, and we’ll learn them. You might enjoy cooking but find shopping tiring, or want help keeping on top of the laundry. We’ll agree on what would make life easier, leaving you to do the things you’re happy managing yourself.
What we can help with
We’ll talk through your household routines and agree on the tasks you’d like support with, which may include:
Preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
Shopping for groceries and household essentials.
Washing, drying and putting away laundry.
Changing bedsheets and making the bed.
Light cleaning and everyday tidying.
Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen tidy.

How it works
Getting started begins with a conversation. We’ll listen to what matters to you, explore your options and make a plan together.
I still like making breakfast and keeping things tidy. It’s shopping and changing the bed I find harder now. Having help with those jobs lets me get on with my week.
